COST ACCOUNTANT (Tangerang)

Responsible for all inventory transaction for the Tangerang Plant (Crop Protection) and conduct analysis and evaluation. Provide cost management support and assist in internal control procedures in compliance according to corporate guidelines.

Key accountabilities:

• To provide timely inventory information and report to management for performance evaluation through: Production Report, Finished goods Inventory Movement, Packaging Inventory Movement.
  
• To maintain accounting system and enhance its effectiveness to ensure job simplicity, standardization and productivity, starting from receiving material to delivery the finished goods.
  
• Responsible in maintaining the accounting system through: correct and timely input in shop floor process and in delivery process
  
• Responsible in accurate inventory record and conduct control:
  • Manage fixed asset within plant
    
  • To support conversion control by timely report of conversion cost and utilities consumption
    
  • To perform overtime calculation and provide report as required
    
  • Ensure compliance to Corporate Controller’s Guidelines / Policy and meet Statutory Requirement starting from material receive to delivery of goods.
    
  • Any other job assign by management.

Requirements:

• Graduate/post graduate in Accountancy
  
• Must have minimal 3 years solid experience in Cost Accounting, preferably in Manufacturing Industry
  
• Organized, meticulous, detail-oriented, team player, proficient in oral and written communication, very good interpersonal skills, adept in computer applications. Familiarity with SAP preferred.
  
• Good proficiency in spoken and written English
