Financial Analyst

Job Responsibility:

• Perform Analytical review and reconciliation of data from difference sources (IT, Finance, and Commercial)
• Perform review and calculation of incentive scheme
• Prepare & monitor incentive payment process
• Perform financial analyst on an ad hoc basic

Job Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable university
• Min 3 year experience in the same position, preferably in telecommunication or retail industry or auditor background form big accounting firm
• Having good knowledge in accounting standard and familiar with Indonesian tax regulation
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Strong in analysis and conceptual thinking.
• High accuracy, excellent administration skills, initiative, self discipline, result oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Good reporting skill.
• Have excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word; preferably familiar with SAP
• Team player

Promotion Coordinator (Code: Promo Coordinator)

The job holder will be responsible for creating, executing, and making report of all regional promo activities in Depok & Bogor area including from other cost centers. Build relationships with agency and if necessary to coordinate meeting with them, and also to monitor & control POP material and placement.

Requirements :

• Professional with experience in Marketing, Event Organizer, Radio Promotion or Sales for Min 4 years
  
• Hold minimum Bachelor Degree in Economic / Marketing from reputable university
  
• Excellent in organizing and coordinating skills
  
• Excellent in verbal and written communication skills for both Bahasa and English
  
• Excellent knowledge in ATL BTL
